Pest Management Plans
Basic Service Plan
- An outside perimeter treatment around the base of the house, around shrubbery, under the eaves and overhangs and under decks.
- Controls most “occasional invaders” such as ants, spiders, oriental roaches (waterbugs), centipedes, millipedes, silver fish, earwigs, pillbugs, and crickets.
- Outside service to be performed once in the spring, summer, early fall and late fall.
- We only treat the outside, so there is no need to schedule appointments, which is more convenient for you.
- Termite monitoring program is available for this service at a small additional charge.
Premium Service Plan
- With this plan you would receive three exterior treatments per year as described in the Basic Service Plan, and one interior treatment in the winter.
- Includes placement and maintenance of rodent bait stations, if desired. The service offers a higher level of insect control than the outside only service of the Basic Service Plan.
- Service to be performed in the spring, summer, fall and winter. The winter service includes treatments of any crawl spaces and /or basement.
- We will need access into the house or will need to schedule an appointment of the winter service only.
- Termite monitoring program is available for this service at a small additional charge.
Platinum Service Plan
- Consists of four interior and three exterior treatments per year.
- Includes placement of rodent bait stations, if desired.
- This service offers a higher level of insect control than the Premium Service Plan.
- Service to be performed in the spring, summer, fall and winter. The winter services include the treatment of any crawl spaces.
- Includes termite monitoring program to help detect termite activity in the area.
- We will need access into the house or will need to schedule an appointment for all of these services.
Monthly Service Plans
Monthly Service Plan is mainly used in our commercial account that may have a constant flow of inventory or supplies coming or going. These accounts require a little extra servicing to combat the constant risk pest being introduced and becoming established in these accounts.
